Most cases have a camera hole near the top corner. Put a pattern, a sky or a plain color there, and place your subject lower and centered. Your caption can say that directly. After the run, compare the picture against the printer's template to see exactly what gets covered, and rerun with a shifted subject if a face is hidden.
