What can and cannot come back

A thumbnail sized file holds very little information, so the bot has to infer detail. It does that well for faces and skies and less well for text on signs or tiny patterns. Ask for natural results and compare the final version with the source at normal size. If a face looks too smooth, rerun with the phrase 'keep texture and small imperfections'. Honest softness beats waxy skin.

Rescuing a whole folder

Many people have an entire summer from 2004 in one folder named with camera numbers. Pick the ten pictures that matter most, such as a graduation, a wedding guest shot or a pet that is gone now.
