Sharpen a grainy 1980s disc camera snapshot
The disc camera of the 1980s used a negative about the size of a fingernail. Prints from it are soft and grainy even when new. Send a photo of the print and the bot cleans the grain, adds clarity and balances the warm color of the period.

Make it in TelegramA tiny negative
A disc negative holds far less detail than the 35 mm frame of the same time. A print enlarged from it is limited by the source, not by your scanner. The bot reduces the grain and rebuilds edges, and some of the detail it adds is estimated. It helps most with faces at a medium distance and least with small figures far away.
Negatives first
If the negative disc survives, scanning it gives the bot more to work with than the print does. A lab can scan the disc. Ask about the cost before you send it, since the format is rare. Keep the disc in its sleeve and store it with the prints. Mention the camera brand if you remember it, because some models used slightly different frame sizes.
Tips
- Send the print and not a copy of a copy.
- Mention the year of the picture.
- Keep expectations modest for a tiny negative.
- Look for the negatives in the same envelope.
Questions and answers
Can the bot make a disc print sharp?
It can improve it a lot. A tiny negative still limits the result.
Do I need the negative?
No. A good scan of the print is enough to start.
What does it cost?
2 credits per image. New users get 15 free credits, so 7 images cost nothing. After that packs start at 129 Telegram Stars, about $2.6 and credits do not expire.
Does the bot work in English?
Yes. It picks up your Telegram language on first launch. You can switch it any time with /lang.

- Does not promise a fixed pixel size. Check the result at full size before printing.
- Heavily damaged faces are reconstructed by AI and may not look like the person. Compare with another photo.
- Does not make video or animate the photo.
