Better shooting for next time
Lay the print flat on a dark table by a window, stand so your shadow does not fall on it, and shoot from straight above. Move to the side until the glare leaves the print. A cloth over your head and the phone removes your own reflection. If the print is in a sleeve, a sheet of glass is worse than the sleeve, so tilt the album a little instead. Re-shooting a few angles beats rescuing a bad one.
