A Notion avatar that feels as tidy as a well-made database
People who live in Notion care about calm, simple pages, and the avatar can follow suit. Send a photo, describe the mood, and the bot makes a minimal portrait with a pastel field and a thin line style.

When you need this
- Your workspace shows an initial in a grey circle.
- A shared team wiki needs matching faces.
- Your personal dashboard needs an icon and a wide cover.
How to do it
- 1
Press the button to open @visumate_ai_bot in Telegram. No sign-up, and new users get 15 free credits, which is 7 images.
- 2
Send a front-facing photo as a file. In the caption write: 'minimal line drawing portrait of me, soft sage and cream pastel field, thin dark outline, simple shapes, calm half smile, centered face, generous empty space, no text'.
- 3
In 1-2 minutes the portrait arrives for 2 credits. Check the line weight at a small size, where thin strokes can vanish.
Try it on your own photo: 7 images are free, no sign-up.
Make it in TelegramQuiet, with a clear outline
The avatar is shown in a tiny circle in sidebars and comments, so the outline has to be firm even when the style is gentle. Two pastel colors and a dark line are enough. Too many accessories turn the drawing into noise. If the lines vanish at small size, rerun with 'slightly thicker line, higher contrast between skin and background'. Echo your accent color from the workspace theme.
Icon, cover and team
A page icon, an avatar and a wide cover in one palette make a personal dashboard feel designed. For a team wiki, use the same background and line weight for everyone, and only change the hair and the shirt color. Keep your workspace names and database titles in your own words. The generated picture does not affect how the app works, so you can swap it any time.
Tips
- Pick two pastel colors.
- Ask for a thin dark outline.
- Keep the face centered.
- Request a wide cover in the same palette.
Questions and answers
Can I get an emoji style instead?
Yes. See the 3D emoji avatar page for a rounder look.
Will it work for a wide cover?
Ask for a wide version with empty space in the middle.
What does it cost?
2 credits per image. New users get 15 free credits, so 7 images cost nothing. After that packs start at 129 Telegram Stars, about $2.6 and credits do not expire.
Does the bot work in English?
Yes. It picks up your Telegram language on first launch. You can switch it any time with /lang.
What the bot does not do
- Works from one photo. Likeness depends on the photo you send, and some styles change features more than others.
- Does not make video or animation.
- Does not output a transparent PNG.
- Does not retouch passport or ID photos.
