BeforeAfter
In short: Old wedding photos often have a soft look from cheap lenses or studio filters. See how to sharpen faces while keeping the mood of the day.
- Where: the VisuMate bot in Telegram, no app or sign-up.
- Cost: 2 credits per image, 7 images free, then packs from 49 Telegram Stars.
- Time: 1 to 2 minutes per image, rerun with a new instruction at the same price.
When you need this
- Faces look hazy in the main portrait.
- The studio used a soft filter.
- The print is faded as well as soft.
How to do it
- 1
Tap the button on this page. Telegram opens the bot, press Start and the right mode is already selected.
- 2
Send the picture as a file (document) so Telegram does not compress it further. In the caption write: sharpen this wedding photo, clear faces, keep the soft romantic mood.
- 3
Wait 1-2 minutes for the result. View it at 100 percent, and rerun if the first pass is not clear enough.
Try it on your own photo: 7 images are free, no sign-up.
Make it in TelegramIntentional softness
Studios of earlier decades often used soft filters for portraits. If you sharpen too much, the picture loses its style. In the caption you can say keep the soft mood. Look at the result at normal size, since pixel level inspection can mislead. Compare faces with other photos of the same person, since the AI works from patterns and a rebuilt face may not match exactly.
Lace and fabric
Veils, lace and embroidery have fine patterns that the AI may simplify. After the run, zoom in on the dress. If the pattern looks wrong, rerun or accept a softer result there. Faces matter most, so judge those first. Treat the result as a careful interpretation of the original and share it together with the untouched scan. Save every version in the same folder and add the year and the names to the file name so nothing gets mixed up later.
Tips
- Decide if you want the soft look gone or only reduced.
- Check lace and veil details, they can look strange.
- Keep the original for the album.
- Use the combined mode if the print is also damaged.
