Clean a framed diploma and the graduate portrait pasted on it
Older diplomas often carried a pasted-on portrait of the graduate beside elaborate script and a wax or ink seal. Sunlight and damp make them brown and spotted. Send a photo and the bot recovers the text, the signatures and the face.

- 3
The cleaned document returns in 1-2 minutes for 2 credits. Check the school name, the year and the signature line.
Try it on your own photo: 7 images are free, no sign-up.
Make it in TelegramPaper and ink
Handwritten signatures on an old diploma were often iron gall ink, which turns brown and fades with age. The bot lifts their contrast without changing their shape. Large decorative lettering at the top is easier to restore than fine print at the bottom. If you find a line too small to read, take a close-up of that line and send it on its own.
Portrait and presentation
The pasted portrait is a studio photograph in its own right, with its own fading and damage. Restoring it separately gives a more natural face. For display, print the whole diploma on good paper and frame it with UV-filter glass, and let the original rest in a dark, dry place. A copy of the cleaned file can go to the school archive.
Tips
- Shoot in daylight from the side of the window.
- Photograph the portrait up close as a separate file.
- Record the school and degree in your notes.
- Never trim the paper for a new frame.
Questions and answers
Can I use it for job applications?
A restored copy is for keepsake use. Employers want certified copies.
Will gold seals stay gold?
A gold seal reads as warm metal, and you can name its color.
What does it cost?
2 credits per image. New users get 15 free credits, so 7 images cost nothing. After that packs start at 129 Telegram Stars, about $2.6 and credits do not expire.
Does the bot work in English?
Yes. It picks up your Telegram language on first launch. You can switch it any time with /lang.
What the bot does not do
- Does not print photos and does not retouch passport or ID photos.
- Does not promise a fixed pixel size. Check the result at full size before printing.
- Heavily damaged faces are reconstructed by AI and may not look like the person. Compare with another photo.
- Does not make video or animate the photo.
