Make it in TelegramIllustration versus listing photo
Buyers judge a property by real photos. A generated banner can set the tone for an event, such as a welcoming porch or a bright living room, but it must not suggest features the home lacks. State in the prompt a generic home type and leave out specific details like window counts or finishes. Use the banner for the event announcement and the real photos for the listing. The listing page keeps the real photos.
Wording and compliance
Real estate advertising has rules in many places, including fair housing language. Keep banner text simple, like 'Open House' or 'New Listing', and avoid describing who a home is for. The bot does not check legal compliance, so have the final text reviewed under your brokerage rules. Read dates and numbers on the image closely, as digits sometimes warp. A second pair of eyes on the final wording is worth the minute.
Tips
- The banner is generated, so do not present it as the actual property. Use the real listing photos for the home.
- Put address, date and time in the post text, where you can proofread them.
- Keep the headline to three or four words.
- Check fair housing and advertising rules in your area before you publish.
