Make it in TelegramPeople or no people
AI draws bodies with errors more often than objects. Barbells, kettlebells, mats and an empty studio come out cleaner than a crowd mid-exercise. If you want a person, describe a single simple pose and check hands, feet and proportions before using it. Never present generated athletes as your members, and keep any before-and-after claims out of the banner. Equipment-only scenes also stay on brand for years.
Seasonal pushes
Gyms cluster promos around the New Year, spring and the post-summer return. For each push, change the scene and the color mood. Winter: warm light and dark floors. Summer: outdoor training and bright palettes. Mention the class type so visitors recognize it: boxing, spin, strength. Avoid body-shaming language and health claims on the banner. Refresh the scene at each push so repeat visitors see something new, and keep one palette so the gym still looks like one place.
Tips
- Avoid promises like 'lose 10 pounds'. Banner text works better with a class name or an invitation.
- Ask for empty gym or equipment-only scenes to avoid odd hands and faces.
- Pick two colors and use them in all banners.
- Keep the offer in the post caption where the details can be edited.
