An open mic flyer that invites the shy ones too

An open mic flyer must feel welcoming. People who have never performed should look at it and think I could do that. Describe your room, your night and the kind of acts you want, and the bot paints a warm scene with space for the details.

Make it in Telegram

Friendly, not intimidating

The picture should say anyone is welcome. A stool and a mic in warm light are enough. Skip stage smoke and dramatic spotlights. Describe the room as it really is, with its brick wall or bookshelf. People are more likely to come if the flyer looks like the place they know. Add a short phrase like three songs or five minutes in your text layer.

Make it a series

Open mics grow by repetition. Use the same flyer scene for the first Thursday of each month and swap the date. Ask regulars to share it, and photograph the evening for a recap post. If you run themed nights, such as poetry, stand-up or acoustic, vary the color but keep the layout. Print a small version for the counter and a larger one for the door.

Tips

Name the type of acts you welcome: music, poems or jokes.
Keep the mood warm and low-key.
State the sign-up method in one short line.
Keep the same look every week to build a recurring habit.
