High contrast

Flash sales need an instant read. Yellow on black, white on red, or a bright object on a flat color. Ask the bot for a single object, flat background and big letters. Busy scenes dilute urgency. Leave room around the text so Instagram's top and bottom bars do not cover it. Rerun the same prompt with new words for each product, so the series feels coordinated across the day.

Timing and stickers

The countdown sticker does the work of urgency, which is better than printing a time in the image. Digits in the generated image can warp, so keep the discount to a single number, or put it in the caption. Post the story at the start, in the middle and at the end of the window.
