A carousel that lays out the week's classes day by day
A weekly timetable is the most saved post for any studio. Splitting it into slides lets every class breathe. The bot paints the backgrounds, and you set the times on top. Start with a cover that says what is new this term.
- 2 credits per image
- Result in 1–2 minutes
- No sign-up
In short: Make a timetable carousel for a studio or school: one backdrop per weekday group, with a clean area for class names, times and instructors. 7 images free.
- Where: the VisuMate bot in Telegram, no app or sign-up.
- Cost: 2 credits per image, 7 images free, then packs from 129 Telegram Stars.
- Time: 1 to 2 minutes per image, rerun with a new instruction at the same price.
- Credits never expire, there is no subscription and no auto-renew. You pay once for a pack inside Telegram with Stars.
When you need this
- A single timetable image is too small to read on a phone.
- Times change, so a printed layout goes out of date.
- Members screenshot the post and want it clear.
How to do it
- 1
Press the button to open @visumate_ai_bot in Telegram. No sign-up, and new users get 15 free credits, which is 7 images.
- 2
Write: 'four slide carousel backgrounds, soft sage green and white gradient, a light grid texture, a thin wooden strip at the top, large empty panel in the center for a list, calm modern studio feel'.
- 3
Add Monday and Tuesday on slide two, Wednesday and Thursday on slide three, and the weekend on slide four. Keep three or four classes per slide.
Try it on your own photo: 7 images are free, no sign-up.
Make it in TelegramLarge text that survives a screenshot
Members save the timetable on their phones, so type size matters. Three or four lines per slide is the limit for comfortable reading. Pick a soft background with a plain central panel so dark text has good contrast. A faint grid texture helps alignment without distracting. Put the days at the top of each slide in a bold weight and the times in a regular one.
Update without redoing everything
Class times change by term or by a teacher's leave. Because the backgrounds hold no text, you can reuse the whole set and change only the labels. Save the layout file with your fonts, and the next term takes ten minutes. Note any cancelled class on the slide itself, and mention the booking window in the caption. A final slide can show the cancellation rule in one sentence.
Tips
- Group days in pairs to keep text large.
- List the time first, then the class.
- Use the same grid on every slide.
- Add the booking link on the last slide.
Questions and answers
Does the bot write the times?
No. The bot paints backgrounds. Add class names and times in a design app.
Can I use the same set for a gym?
Yes. Change the color words to charcoal and orange for a gym feel, and keep the empty center panel.
What does it cost?
2 credits per image. New users get 15 free credits, so 7 images cost nothing. After that packs start at 129 Telegram Stars, about $2.6 and credits do not expire.
Does the bot work in English?
Yes. It picks up your Telegram language on first launch. You can switch it any time with /lang.
What the bot does not do
- Does not place a logo exactly. You can send it as a reference, the result is approximate.
- Long text on the image can come out with misspellings. Short captions work better, proofread before publishing.
- Does not make video or animated stories.
- Does not output a transparent PNG or a layered file.
